Frequently found on the Internet is the your computer memory is full scam. You may get a message on your computer informing you that your computer memory is full, or that your Internet capacity is at only 50% and you need to contact the IT services support department. Typically you will receive a link and you are asked to click on the link, and leave your username and password at the help desk site. This is a scam and the cyber criminals are trying to hijack your email account and take control of it. You may get these emails on your home computer or your office computer.
Ignore these scams, clicking on the wrong link or providing information may be only the beginning of problems for you.
