On Tuesday, December 16, 2017, I appeared with my client in Alpharetta Municipal Court. My client had been arrested and charged disorderly conduct.

I had previously negotiated with the Alpharetta prosecutor for a three month hold and clear for my client.  A hold and clear can be interpreted as an earned dismissal.

During the past 3 months, my client completed an anger management class, performed 25 hours of community service, and payed the court fine.

I presented this to the court and the hold the case was closed.

My client had earned a dismissal of the charges.
