Fighting minor's vandalism charge in Fulton juvenile court

On May 4, 2017, I appeared in Fulton juvenile court with my client and his family.

My client had been charged with vandalism.

Following lengthy discussions with the prosecutor, I was able to get the court to agree to a hold and clear, in exchange for my client's letter of apology and 24 hours of community service, and payment of restitution.
After the three actions by my client are done, his charge will be dismissed.
As, my client is a juvenile, this will not appear on his record.
