Fighting my client’s disorderly conduct charge in Alpharetta, GA.
On Thursday, November 16, 2017, I appeared with my client in Alpharetta Municipal Court. He had been charged with intoxication and disorderly conduct.
Following negotiations, I got the prosecutor to agree to allow my client to enter into a hold and clear. Hold and clear is an earned dismissal of the charge.
My client will be required to have an alcohol and drug evaluation before he enters the hold and clear program.
