Getting client's battery charge dismissed in Gwinnett.

On February 2, 2017, I appeared for my client in the Gwinnett State Court.
My client, who has moved to Florida, and no longer lives in Georgia, is facing the charge of charge of battery.

Following considerable discussions with the prosecutor, I was able to negotiate a dismissal of charges with conditions, and my client will not need to return to Georgia.

He must complete six anger management classes, which he can do in Florida, and he must pay a fee to the DeKalb State Court.
I will attend the compliance hearing for him.
After all of this is completed, I can start his record restriction proceedings.

This is a wonderful result for this client!
