Police officers in Cleavon, Ohio forcefully entered Dollree Mapp's House looking for a suspect without a search warrant.
What they did find was obscene pictures. Mapp was arrested for prosessing obscene material.
The US Supreme Court decided in June 1961 that Mapp's fourth amendment rights had been violated, buy the search without a proper search warrant.
