On January 7, 2015, I was in the Gwinnett Recorders Court accompanied by my client. He had been issued a high-speed, super speeder ticket. After negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the speed reduced to a non reportable speed, and this was a dismissal of the charge. The Georgia Department of Driver's Services will not be informed of this issue. On January 7, 2015, I appeared in the Henry County State Court accompanied by my client. He is under 21 years of age, and he has been charged with a super speeder ticket in a work zone. This is a significant charge, and it is compounded by the fact that my client is under 21 years of age. I presented arguments in his behalf to the court, which resulted in a reduction of speed to a non reportable level. This is a big victory for my client.
