Getting under age client's speeding ticket reduced in Sandy Springs: Friday, February 14, 2020: I appeared with my client in the Sandy Springs Municipal Court to defend a high-speed traffic ticket in a construction zone. Following substantial negotiation with the prosecutor, I was able to get his speeding ticket reduced to 69 in a 55 mph zone which becomes a regular traffic ticket. On Monday, February 10, 2020, I appeared with my client at 1:30 PM in Milton Municipal Court. My client had been charged with speeding. After negotiation with the prosecutor, I got his speed reduced to 69 mph in a 55 mph zone. My client provided his defensive driving certificate and paid a fine of $193. After considerable negotiation with the prosecutor, I was able to get my client's speed reduced to 84 mph, and we entered a plea of nolo contendre. I had previously gotten my client to complete 57 hours of community service and he has completed the defensive driving course. Fighting client's charge in Sandy Springs Municipal Court: On Wednesday, December 18, 2019, I appeared in Sandy Springs Municipal Court with my client. My client had been charged with reckless driving and a high-speed traffic ticket. Following considerable negotiation with the prosecutor, I was able to get his speed reduced from 34 miles an hour over the limit to 14 miles an hour over the limit. This makes this ticket a regular speeding ticket. I was then able to get the reckless driving charge dismissed. My client will have to perform 57 hours of community service, take a defensive driving course, and pay a fine of $1000. This is an excellent outcome for my client and he is happy with the result.On Wednesday, December 18, 2019, I appeared in Sandy Springs Municipal Court with my client. My client had been charged with reckless driving and a high-speed traffic ticket.

December 19, 2019 at 4:47 PM in Alpharetta Court: I appeared in the Alpharetta municipal court with my client who was charged with speeding. After considerable negotiation with a prosecutor, I was able to get my client’s speed reduced to 14 miles an hour over the speed limit. My client will be required to take one defensive driving class and pay a fine of $185. This client also had one failure to appear charge on his record which he received before hiring my services. He was required to pay an additional $75 fee due to his failure to appear. Due to my client’s failure to appear, he did not qualify for a 60 day reset, and he started his probation today. Case closed! This is an excellent outcome for my client, and he is pleased with the results.I appeared in the Alpharetta municipal court with my client who was charged with speeding.
