Monday, February 10, 2020 Sandy Springs Court: I appeared with my client In Sandy Springs Court. My client was charged with speeding 112 mph in a 55 mph zone. After considerable negotiation with the prosecutor, I was able to get my client's speed reduced to 84 mph, and we entered a plea of nolo contendre. I had previously gotten my client to complete 57 hours of community service and he has completed the defensive driving course.
